1. Service Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with A-Team Drains you agree to receive plumbing and drain services from a licensed California contractor. Estimates are provided before work begins and must be approved by the property owner or authorized representative.

2. Communication & Consent

When you submit your phone number and check the consent box on our scheduling form, you authorize A-Team Drains to send appointment reminders, follow-up notifications, and review requests via SMS. Message & data rates may apply. You may receive up to 3 messages per appointment. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property access details and contact information.
• Ensure someone 18+ is onsite during the scheduled service window.
• Disclose known plumbing issues, prior repairs, or hazardous conditions.

4. Billing & Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Acceptable forms include cash, major credit cards, or approved financing programs.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
